Healthier Homes and Living organise retail sales of Winix air purifiers and Cool Seasons dehumidifiers through the Australian distributer, Ausclimate.
Delivery of Ausclimate Air Purifiers and Dehumidifiers during SARS-CARONAVIRUS
Through the current health issues, Healthier Homes and Living via Ausclimate has changed the current delivery procedures (via our delivery partners, Fastway Couriers/Aramex Australia) to better protect the health of both couriers and our customers.
To minimise the risk of spreading or contracting COVID-19, signatures will not be required for parcel delivery. Fastway Couriers/Aramex Australia will be processing all deliveries as an ATL (Authority to Leave) transaction.
By no longer requiring signatures for all parcel deliveries, this change will eliminate the need for any physical contact at the time of delivery.
This means the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address, and a photo will be taken of the item at the door. If the courier cannot deliver the package to a safe place, they will leave a calling card with further instructions. In this instance, the parcel will be dropped into a local Parcel Connect outlet for collection at a convenient time or returned to the nearest depot for re-delivery. Delivery of Ausclimate Air Purifiers and Dehumidifiers
Purchases of Ausclimate air purifiers and dehumidifiers are generally dispatched the following business day. Therefore generally, delivery is within 1-3 business days in most eastern state cities & regional areas however some rural areas and western states can take longer.
Generally, Ausclimate air purifiers and dehumidifiers are delivered via Fastway Couriers however in some areas, Fastway Couriers will use ‘on forwarding’ courier companies to make the delivery.
Courier drivers require a signature as proof of delivery however you can give them authority to leave it in a safe place if you prefer (you can add delivery instructions when purchasing online). Please note, if you cannot be home to sign for delivery and do not wish to give them authority to leave as you do not have a safe place to leave your purchases, please contact Healthier Homes and Living or Ausclimate prior to making your purchases.
Unfortunately, Post Offices (or PO Box numbers) will not accept deliveries from courier companies without prior consent however you can contact Healthier Homes and Living or call Ausclimate directly to discuss alternative delivery options.

While international deliveries are not included in the free delivery offer, our international customers are welcome to get in touch with us directly for details about our affordable overseas delivery rates. We also welcome your own freight pickup, direct from the Ausclimate warehouses.
Delivery Issues of Ausclimate Air Purifiers and Dehumidifiers
You will be notified via email (you may need to check your ‘junk mail’ folder) by either Healthier Homes and Living, Ausclimate or the courier company. The email will have your ‘tracking number’ which enables you to follow the transport movements of your purchase through the courier’s website.

Warranty & Returns Policy of Ausclimate Air Purifiers and Dehumidifiers
Ausclimate’s approach is 100% customer satisfaction. Ausclimate and Healthier Homes and Living want you to enjoy many years of benefits from your product.
Healthier Homes and Living offer, through Ausclimate our customers a free trial period of 7 days from date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, just contact us or Ausclimate (directly on 1800 122 100), for return and refund – this is evidence of Ausclimate’s and our faith in the Ausclimate range of products (applicable for domestic use only). Refer below to ‘To make a claim or return’ for more information.
Ausclimate provides warranty against defects and workmanship from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The product or any part found to be defective will be remedied at Ausclimate’s option through their authorised service agents and importantly at our expense. This warranty is void in cases where the product has been abused, mishandled, tampered, used under wrong voltage and/or repaired/serviced by unauthorised parties.
Our products (excluding commercial range) carry a 2-year warranty for domestic use and 6-month warranty for non-domestic use.
This warranty is in addition to any other warranty and repair rights within Australia.

Damaged or incorrect delivery of Ausclimate Air Purifiers and Dehumidifiers
If your product arrives in a defective or damaged condition, please contact Ausclimate or Healthier Homes and Living immediately so that we may replace the product as soon as practicable. You will be required to return the product in the original packing to ensure it is not damaged during return transit.
7 day trial period return of Ausclimate Air Purifiers and Dehumidifiers
If you wish to return the product within the 7 day trial period, contact Healthier Homes and Living or Ausclimate to arrange return and refund. The product must be returned at your own expense and in original condition, along with original carton packaging (in good condition) and documents so that it may be re-entered into stock as a saleable product. Any product returned in damaged condition may not be accepted under the terms of the trial offer.
Important air purifier trial period note:
Ausclimate charge no restocking fees, however for health & hygiene purposes they pass on 50% discounted filter price fee to the customer to fully replace any opened or used filters.

To make a warranty claim, please contact Healthier Homes and Living or Ausclimate (directly on 1800 122 100), to provide proof of purchase so that we can arrange repair or replacement without fuss. Healthier Homes and Living or Ausclimate may request you to forward the product directly to Ausclimate or one of their authorised service agents in accordance with the warranty.
Ausclimate will arrange for testing of the product to determine whether the product satisfies the terms of the warranty so that the product may be repaired or replaced under warranty or whether the claim is not valid within the terms of the warranty.
If after testing Ausclimate find that the product is not faulty or damaged and any fault was caused by the customer, we may at our discretion return the product to the customer with relevant inspection and freight costs.
Warranty turnaround times of Ausclimate Air Purifiers and Dehumidifiers
We will do our best to ensure the warranty process is carried out as quickly as practicable. Healthier Homes and Living and Ausclimate will not be responsible for any losses resulting from the time it takes to have the faulty item replaced or repaired.
